Shipping policy

We carefully prepare and deliver each item to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition.

Most of our products are handcrafted from stone and are therefore heavy and fragile. For this reason, deliveries are carried out using pallet courier services to guarantee safe transportation.

Delivery times
Delivery usually takes 7–10 working days for items in stock. Larger or made-to-order pieces may require additional time.

Delivery method
Items are delivered on a pallet via a specialised courier. The driver will deliver the pallet to the nearest accessible point at your address (kerbside delivery).

Please ensure there is adequate access for delivery vehicles.

Important information

• A contact phone number is required for delivery scheduling.

• Someone must be present to receive the delivery.

• Large stone items may require two people to move once delivered.
