Returns
If you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item, in accordance with UK consumer regulations.

Returned items must be:

• unused

• in their original condition

• securely packaged

Due to the size and weight of many of our products, return shipping costs may apply.

Damaged items
Please inspect your delivery upon arrival. If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photographs of the damage and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an item has been shipped, standard return conditions apply.
